Established in 1858, Master distiller Dys Grundling is the six generation distiller at Grundheim. With a proud history of distilling Grundheim is the oldest independent family owned distillery in South Africa.
Honouring our heritage we distill our gin in a traditional Cape Pot Still the same way we have since 1858. In this time old tradition we capture the essence of the grape and botanicals by means of wood fire in small batches of 750 litres.
